HOW TO CONVERT COREL DRAW FILES TO PICTURE FILES

Do you have good artistic design in Corel draw and intend to use it as picture background for your computer? Or you intend to use it as a banner or background for your website or blogger header? But do not know how to convert it from the (.cdr) Corel Draw format to (.jpg) picture or photo format? Therefore you’ve decided to print it out to be scanned so that you can use it for your desired purpose?

Worry no more as those steps are time, resource and money wasting. They are therefore not necessary as far as I’m concern and you will agree with me by the time you read through this update and give it a trial. I have decided to share with my blog readers how to quickly convert Corel Draw (.cdr) file extensions to picture format in just few steps. Take note the converted work will have the (.jpg) file extensions showing that it has been converted to picture or photo format which can be used for the desired purpose. In addition, this converted file is better in appearance than scanned copy and they can be edited, cropped, resized, compressed etc. 

Follow the steps below to convert your Corel Draw files to picture or photo format.

11.    Open Corel Draw and locate your file (the one to be converted.)

22.    Highlight all the area of the file to be converted. To do this, press Ctrl A.

33.    Click on Bitmap on the Menu Bar.

44.    Click on convert to Bitmap on the drop down menu.

55.   A dialogue box appears, configure it as you want or just click on ok to take the default         setting.

66.  When you click on ok, the file is converted to Bitmap file. Sometimes it automatically opens in Core Photo paint which allows you to edit the converted file using the photo paint. If it does not open automatically, after its conversion, with the file opened in Corel Draw after its conversion, click on Bitmap and click on Edit Bitmap to open the converted file in Corel Photo paint.

77.   When you are done editing the file in photo paint, Click on save as to save it in the .jpg or .jpeg ( Note there are other bitmap format available to choose from at the point of saving, for best photo or picture format, choose .jpg or .jpeg format.
